Immobile” not so much: INDUSTRIA GmbH operates so flexibly, proactively and adaptably in the dynamic real estate market that it is one of the top addresses when it comes to profitable, secure residential real estate investments in the economically strong metropolitan regions in Germany – and has been for 65 years. The successful asset manager from Frankfurt a. M. has been a loyal customer of KRAFTJUNGS for around 20 of these years, challenging us time and again to prove our own agility in countless exciting projects. This is also the case with the latest one:

Since the end of 2021, INDUSTRIA has been part of the owner-managed Hamburg-based real estate and investment company Becken Holding GmbH. KRAFTJUNGS was now asked to relaunch INDUSTRIA’s corporate design, which communicates key features of these changes to the outside world: On the one hand, the updated appearance was to represent the affiliation to the Becken Group and, on the other hand, clarify that INDUSTRIA would continue to use its established brand name and act as an independent company on the market. In the future, INDUSTRIA’s comprehensive portfolio was to be presented in an even more emotional, target group-oriented and contemporary way – and in record time!

The logo and corporate design approaches developed by Hamburg creative director Nadim Bazze formed the basis for the further development and implementation of the relaunch on all channels for us:

We gave INDUSTRIA’s new website – the centrepiece of the corporate design relaunch – a clear, reduced UX design that now offers users quick, targeted access to the areas and information relevant to them in each case in the company’s holistic investment and service offering. Generous, emotive visuals draw users into the world of INDUSTRIA and illustrate how perfectly the portfolio is tailored to both private and institutional investors and how easily it meets their respective requirements, including in terms of individual financing.

In addition to the corporate website, we also transferred INDUSTRIA’s new look to the “Fokus Wohnen Deutschland” fund website and two other online presences of the company. The relaunch of the digital communication media was accompanied by the adaptation of the analogue communication media – from the entire business stationery to PowerPoint presentations in four languages to the extensive activity report, the real estate investment company now presents itself consistently and consistently in its new corporate design.

We implemented the relaunch in just under eight weeks. In this short, intensive time, the mutual trust and understanding from the many years of cooperation between INDUSTRIA and KRAFTJUNGS in all areas – from further development to close coordination to implementation – was a major success factor. But our agility allows us to already anticipate the next steps: The upcoming INDUSTRIA annual report, an image film for the Expo Real 2022 trade fair and a resounding performance marketing package in the new corporate design are already in the pipeline.
